FAQ's Where are your bats made? All "custom bats" are made in Australia by Ian Callen at his Yarra Valley workshop where the timber processing and grading also takes place. Other bats are made by craftsmen under Ian's supervision. Can I get a refund? If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund the bat. However, the bat must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of purchase with a copy of the receipt. How long will it take to get my bat? All bats are despatched via Australia Post globally and delivery will take approximately 7 to 21 days. How much is delivery? Delivery in Australia is free of charge. Cost of International deliveries will be provided on application as prices often fluctuate. What size bat is best for me? Sizes range from 1 to Senior. A long handle or long blade and long handle can be requested. See our sizing chart for a complete guide or contact Ian for assistance. How long does it take to make a bat? To be honest it takes 12 - 20 years. A cricket bat is grown, not made. If you have a good piece of timber and are able to fit a well made handle, you will have a great bat. Do you sponsor players? No, if I sponsor players it just adds to the cost of a bat and I do not feel customers should be paying for that.
